Kissa Kursi Ka
A 1977 film directed by Amrit Nahata, who was a member of Indian parliament. The film was a satire on the politics of Indira Gandhi and her son Sanjay Gandhi and was banned by the Govt. during the Emergency period and all prints were confiscated and illegally destroyed. Nahata shot the film again and released it in '77. It was a massive failure though.
